Baking dishes

I need some dishes for baking stuff like parmigiana or lasagnas. They need to be smaller than my current lasagne dish (ie: good for 2 people rather than 4 to 6) or even individual ones. They need to be square and importantly have deep sides. Can be regular white ones or terracotta.

Waffle Towel

I recently bought a huge waffle-weave bath sheet and a hair towel in Designers Guild. They are really light and flexible compared to my heavy towels, very thin, but still good at drying off. I'd love another one, one big one (must be "bath sheet" size rather than just regular towel size) and another one for drying hair. They can come from anywhere as I think they are fairly standard, but must be white and not towling waffle, just the really light cotton type

Baking Sheet

I'd like a new baking sheet. It should be as flat as the one in the picture if poss, ie: not a big rim, but unlike the one in the picture it needs closed off corners

Book idea

A book about Westerners in India. Sounds like a must have (not sure when its out in paperback but that would be even better.
