Meat Basher

I need something that I can use to flatten escalopes instead of banging them with a rolling pin. At the Selfridges meat counter, rather than a mallet/tenderiser they have a great big heavy flat plastic basher which covers the whole chicken in one bash. If you can't find something like that, then a more usual mallet like the one in the pic would be great, but I'd really love something heavy and much bigger/flatter.

Cookery Book

Any good cookery book with lots of recipes I can eat! ie: particularly books that aren't full of bread/potato/rice recipes. Having said that I don't want a dull "no carb" recipe book, so assuming regular ones have yummy things that will be just fine.

Tailor's Dummy

Ok, this is dead hard, maybe impossible. I'd love a tailor's dummy which when I have a new flat will live in my bedroom and I can throw clothes and stuff on it. Thing is I'm fussy (!) It needs to have a round thing for a head like the one in the picture, and ideally the body should be beige/brown with a wooden base. Jigsaw have them in some of their windows. Even the one if this picture isn't quite perfect. As usual, old and vintage is always best. Suspect this will be expensive, hard to find and impossible to choose without me, so really this is a long term reminder to me to keep my eyes open for one.

Black Opaque Tights

I'd love some M&S 40 dernier "silky soft" tights please. Must be that exact type as they are by far the nicest!

Hand Book End 1

I know its a bit odd, but due to the dire lack of nice book ends around, I've built up a collection of "hands" which support my books. I'd really like a palmistry/phrenology one. Vintage is always best, but even new would be great.

Other Hands

Still on the hand theme, I'd love any other interesting hands you can find! I have a wooden one already, its a fixed, carved one which is really for holding rings and jewellry as well as the plaster ones you bought me a while ago, and one from Thailand, but if you come across anything unusual in any material that would make a good book end, then that would be cool.

Dead Plain Metal Book Ends

I'm after some really plain "invisible" bookends which will keep my books upright, but then allow me to put some interesting decorative things at the end of my books which will look like they are supporting them. If they are cheap then I need quite a few as I have lots of shelves and books falling off the end of all of them. The more neutral and invisible they are the better. They should have a long bit which goes under the books to support them, and then as little as possible poking out the other way. So L shapes are best.

Small/Medium sized saucepan

I'd love a small to medium saucepan. It should be smaller than the medium one you bought be last time, but not as small as the little wobbly egg one. I need it for making great poached eggs, but I'd like one that isn't too small, and ideally not a circulon one
